🔄 How to Request a Return

Returning an item is straightforward. Follow these steps and our team will guide you through the rest.

We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Send the Item
Pack the item securely and send it back following the instructions provided.

Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Eligible Items

The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • Item is within the 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are included
  • Item is not damaged due to misuse

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (once opened)

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, simply contact us within the 30-day window and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
